Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 12pm. Book an early flight? Or want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you – just let us know your plans in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is a late departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax.
Planning a daytrip, a special evening out, or on the hunt for the Sanya’s secret spots? Our passionate concierge, located in the lobby, will be happy to assist you with all inquiries including tours, restaurant reservations, local attractions, entertainment, travel and more.

Dear Valued Guests,
We understand that pets are cherished members of your family. To ensure you and your furry companions have a wonderful time at 1 Hotel Haitang Bay Sanya, we warmly welcome you to bring your pets along (one pet per room). For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please carefully read and adhere to the following pet policy:
1. Reservation Guidelines
- Please request pet accommodation in advance and obtain confirmation from the hotel.
- A valid copy of the rabies vaccination certificate must be presented at check-in (vaccination must be administered between 2 weeks and 1 year prior to arrival).
2. Liability Terms
- Guests will be responsible for any repair or cleaning costs resulting from damage caused by their pets.
- A pet liability waiver must be signed upon check-in.
3. Public Area Regulations
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier at all times in public areas.
- Pets are not allowed in dining areas, the gym, pool areas, or guest room bathtubs.
4. Pet Specifications
- Only pets weighing 25 kg or less are permitted, with the exception of aggressive ones.
- Pets other than cats and dogs require prior approval from the hotel.
5. Friendly Reminders
- Please do not leave pets unattended in the guest room.
- We recommend accompanying your pet at all times to ensure their comfort and security.

1 Hotel Haitang Bay is working toward LEEDv4 for Building Design + Construction for Hospitality at a Silver Level certification. The property has been pre-certified by the US Green Building Council. Certification is expected in 2021.
