Reservation & Pet Policy EARLY ARRIVAL/LATE DEPARTURE Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 12pm. Book an early flight? Or want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you – just let us know your plans in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. Our passionate concierge, located in the lobby, will be happy to assist you with all inquiries including tours, restaurant reservations, local attractions, entertainment, travel and more. RESERVATION POLICIES PAY NOW Rates are non-refundable, fully pre-paid and non-transferable. You will not receive a refund on these rates, even with 24 hours’ notice or more of cancellation.PAY LATER Rates require a 1one-night deposit. Cancellation notice is required 24 hours prior to date of arrival in order to avoid a penalty of one night's stay.GUARANTEED RESERVATION Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. For security purposes, you will be required to provide a valid passport or Chinese ID card at check-in. To cover incidentals, we will hold ￥1000/ per day on your credit card. The cleaning fee for each room is￥2000 per day. PET POLICY Our Pet Family Pets are family, too. At 1 Hotel Haitang Bay, Sanya, your furry babies are always welcome (up to one pet per room). A few house rules for our furry friends: Guests can bring pet into the hotel after pre-application and approval. The cost is an additional CNY 500 per pet each night. We understand that sometimes pets can act like animals (and wreck things). If that happens, there may be additional costs for any damage or extra cleaning. Safety first. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in public spaces at the hotel. We are all about exploring, but some places are off limits. Pets are not allowed in the food and beverage areas, The Field House, poolside and bathtubs. We welcome pets up to 25 pounds (11 kilograms). For other pets other than dogs and cats, approval must be made prior to check-in by the hotel management team. Pets must be always accompanied by a designated individual and not left unattended. We do not want to see lonely pets! Upon arrival, guest must sign a liability waiver. SMOKING 1 Hotel Haitang Bay is a smoke-free property. LEED CERTIFICATION 1 Hotel Haitang Bay is working toward LEEDv4 for Building Design + Construction for Hospitality at a Silver Level certification. The property has been pre-certified by the US Green Building Council. Certification is expected in 2020.
